On our website you can make reservations for the activities we offer. These are made with the help of a form in which you provide us with all the necessary data for this purpose, such as the number of people interested in a tour, the age of the participants, the length of their stay in Berlin, the type of tour you wish to take, your name, your e-Mail address, your telephone number and, in a given case, any other information you wish to give us in the appropriate box.

This information is collected for the purpose of drawing up a contract or a pre-contract in accordance with Art.6 para 1 lit.b DSGVO.

In the event that a contract is concluded with us on the basis of such a reservation, the data provided will be deleted as soon as the contracted services have been fulfilled and the data will be completely deleted and therefore no longer needed for the aforementioned contract. As a rule, this happens at the latest after how many years have passed. If a contract is not concluded, the data will be deleted immediately by us.



You can leave your comments on our services in the general access reviews section. When you use the review section of our website, in addition to the data contained in your comment, we store information about the date and time of the comment, your e-mail address, your IP address and the user name you have chosen.

The storage and use of your comment and the data provided in it are carried out on the basis of Art.6 paragraph 1 lit.b DSGVO. We store the IP address in order to make it more difficult for you to misuse the comment function and to bring possible violations of the law to the attention of the relevant authorities.

Our website makes use of the Tripadvisor.com Plugins. The administrator of this site is the company Tripadvisor.Inc. If you visit one of our pages on which there is a Tripadvisor Plug-in, a connection to the Tripadvisor servers is established. In this connection user-related data is transmitted. This is your IP address and information about the pages you have visited.

The use of Tripadvisor plug-ins is intended to support the operation of our company. The use of the mentioned data is necessary to support our interests within the framework of § 6 paragraph 1 lit.f DSGVO, i.e. it corresponds to the performance of our business activities.


2. Purchase of tickets

To market our offers, we use the bookingkit GmbH, Sonnenallee233, 12059 Berlin (“bookingkit”). The information contained in your order and other information (your IP address and the desired product) are transferred to bookingkit for processing.

The storage and processing of the data is intended to support and process your order, to authenticate your data and to carry out payment for our services in accordance with § 6 para. 1 lit.b DSGVO.

3. Google AdWords and Google Conversion-Tracking

This website works with Google AdWords. AdWords is an online advertising program of the Google 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States (“Google”) . Within the framework of Google AdWords we use so-called Conversion-Tracking. As soon as you click on a Google ad, a cookie is installed for Google Tracking. Cookies are small text files that are installed on your computer by your browser. These cookies are no longer valid after 30 days and are not used for personal identification of the user. If the user visits different pages on this website and the cookie has not yet expired, both Google and we can recognize that the user has clicked on the above-mentioned notice and has reached this page by that means.

Each GoogleAdWords client receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot be traced from web pages to AdWords clients. The information obtained with the help of conversion cookies is used to compile conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have decided to use Conversion-Tracking. 4. Google reCAPTCHA

On our web pages we make use of “Google reCAPTCHA” ( in the following “reCAPTCHA”), offered by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”) .

By means of reCAPTCHA we intend to control if the data introduction in our page has been made by a person or by an automated program. For this purpose, reCAPTCHA analyses the behaviour of the website user on the basis of different characteristics. This analysis starts automatically when the user enters our website. For the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various data (IP address, duration of stay on the website and user’s mouse movements). The data collected during the analysis are derived to Google.

The reCAPTCHA analyses are performed in a hidden way. Users of the website do not receive a warning about this analysis. The data is processed in accordance with the provisions of § 6 Section 1 lit.f DSGVO. We have the justified right to protect our web offers from malicious automatic intervention and SPAM.

5. Google Web Fonts

For a uniform presentation of the fonts, this page uses the so-called Web Fonts provided by Google. When you enter a page, your browser installs in your browser cache the necessary Web Fonts to correctly reproduce the texts and fonts.

For this purpose, your browser must connect to Google’s servers. Google then obtains the information that our website has been visited from your IP address.

In order to use the Google Maps functions, it is necessary to store your IP address. This information is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The administrator of this site cannot influence this data transmission.

The use of Google Maps is intended to provide an appropriate presentation of our online offerings and to enable the easy location of the sites mentioned on the website. This is a justified aim within the framework of § 6 paragraph 1 lit.f DSGVO.

You can contact us electronically via a form on the website or via e-Mail. In that case, the data provided in the form or in your e-mail is transferred to us and stored.

This is the following data:

We will delete these data as soon as they are no longer needed for the above-mentioned purposes, i.e. as soon as the exchange of messages by e-Mail or the contact form with you has been completed and we have finished processing your request.



Unless otherwise stated above, your personal data will be processed in countries outside the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EWR) exclusively on the legal basis of the provisions of § 44 DSGVO. (4) § 18 DSGVO – you may demand restrictions on the processing of your personal data insofar as you deny the correctness of the data, its processing is unlawful even if you refuse to delete it and we no longer need it, you need it to check, exercise or defend legal claims or if you have expressed your disagreement in accordance with § 21 DSGVO.

(5) Art. 20 DSGVO – you can obtain the personal data you have provided in a structured, common and readable format by the corresponding devices or demand that we pass it on to another responsible party.

(6) § 7 para. 3 DSGVO – you may revoke your consent at any time. The consequence of this is that we can no longer process the data for which you have given your consent in the future.

(7) § 77 DSGVO – You can submit your complaint to a supervisory body. As a rule, this can be a body with its domicile in the place where you usually reside or work or in the place of our legal domicile.
