This information is collected for the purpose of drawing up a contract or a pre-contract in accordance with Art.6 para 1 lit.b DSGVO.
In the event that a contract is concluded with us on the basis of such a reservation, the data provided will be deleted as soon as the contracted services have been fulfilled and the data will be completely deleted and therefore no longer needed for the aforementioned contract. As a rule, this happens at the latest after how many years have passed. If a contract is not concluded, the data will be deleted immediately by us.
You can leave your comments on our services in the general access reviews section. When you use the review section of our website, in addition to the data contained in your comment, we store information about the date and time of the comment, your e-mail address, your IP address and the user name you have chosen.

2. Purchase of tickets
To market our offers, we use the bookingkit GmbH, Sonnenallee233, 12059 Berlin (“bookingkit”). The information contained in your order and other information (your IP address and the desired product) are transferred to bookingkit for processing.
The storage and processing of the data is intended to support and process your order, to authenticate your data and to carry out payment for our services in accordance with § 6 para. 1 lit.b DSGVO.
3. Google AdWords and Google Conversion-Tracking
This website works with Google AdWords. AdWords is an online advertising program of the Google 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States (“Google”) . Within the framework of Google AdWords we use so-called Conversion-Tracking. As soon as you click on a Google ad, a cookie is installed for Google Tracking. Cookies are small text files that are installed on your computer by your browser. These cookies are no longer valid after 30 days and are not used for personal identification of the user. If the user visits different pages on this website and the cookie has not yet expired, both Google and we can recognize that the user has clicked on the above-mentioned notice and has reached this page by that means.
Each GoogleAdWords client receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot be traced from web pages to AdWords clients. 4. Google reCAPTCHA
On our web pages we make use of “Google reCAPTCHA” ( in the following “reCAPTCHA”), offered by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”) .
By means of reCAPTCHA we intend to control if the data introduction in our page has been made by a person or by an automated program. For this purpose, reCAPTCHA analyses the behaviour of the website user on the basis of different characteristics. This analysis starts automatically when the user enters our website. 5. Google Web Fonts

G. DATA PROCESSING IN OTHER STATES IN GENERAL
Unless otherwise stated above, your personal data will be processed in countries outside the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EWR) exclusively on the legal basis of the provisions of § 44 DSGVO. H. GENERAL STORAGE LIFE

(5) Art. 20 DSGVO – you can obtain the personal data you have provided in a structured, common and readable format by the corresponding devices or demand that we pass it on to another responsible party.
(6) § 7 para. 3 DSGVO – you may revoke your consent at any time. The consequence of this is that we can no longer process the data for which you have given your consent in the future.
(7) § 77 DSGVO – You can submit your complaint to a supervisory body. As a rule, this can be a body with its domicile in the place where you usually reside or work or in the place of our legal domicile.
J. RIGHT OF REVOCATION
